  Outstanding customer service. I bought a new GE electric stove and above the range microwave. When they installed the stove the previous outlet receptacle was too high w the design of the new stove so it was was not able to sit against the back wall and was sticking out 3 inches from the wall. I spoke to John about my issue and he was very nice and helpful. Their handyman Bob troubleshooted the problem and fixed it so it fits perfectly. John even called back the next day to follow up. He also gave me some tips on caring for my new glass top range.

  I really enjoyed my experience with Appliance Depot. Jim and Miranda were both very knowledgeable in helping me find the right fridge when mine went out. Delivery was fast and flawless. When I was presented with my bill they'd also taken another $150 off an already sale price, essentially price-matching the big box stores - a pleasant surprise.

  Helpful and friendly employees, had an awesome experience. So glad that I chose to go in to the store, instead of ordering online I definitely would’ve gotten the wrong parts. Also got handy tips on installation from the sales people.Had a show room full of new appliances and I told my wife that’s where we’re going to go to get our next appliances!

  Needed a smaller gas range (24") for a rental property that we have. Gave them a call and they had exactly what I was looking for. It was $200 cheaper than what I had seen at other appliance or big box stores. They said it was "Scratch and Dent" but I don't see any imperfections. It was brand new, in box and with warranty. Have not hooked up the drive yet but so far its been a very good experience.

  This place is fantastic. The owner had the part I was looking for and took the time to make sure that I was correctly diagnosing the problem with my dryer. He was also kind enough to talk to me for 10 to 15 minutes about possible problems I was having with my dishwasher so that I could fix them myself. They are extremely knowledgeable and everything was at a very fair price. These are the kind of shops that I hope stay around for the next 20 to 30 years but I fear they're becoming more and more rare.
