  Almost 2 weeks to get someone to do a quote yep ppl are busy I get that 4 weeks later still no quote and just excuses as to why great way to run a business

  The workmanship was of good quality and the time it took to complete the work was short. This would have been a five star experience if it hadn’t been for the totally dishonest and disrespectful behaviour that the owner/ operator/ plumber himself engaged in after leaving the property. I had called to get quotes and had a clear schedule of pricing expectations. I purchased the most expensive parts myself and chose this business because they had quoted the most reasonable call out fee for my location. I asked to pay immediately and confirmed the estimated price at the time of the service. I was told I couldn’t pay immediately but the estimated cost was confirmed so I felt reassured, although I do prefer to pay right away. Two weeks later I was sent an invoice that was over $100 more than the maximum estimated cost. When my concern was raised with the business owner responsible he states that it was typical of people living in my suburb to not pay their bills. Insulated and irate, I paid the maximum amount estimated for the job and never heard from them
  again. This business owner was dishonest and I wanted to pay immediately so I did not deserve the prejudicial treatment he gave me from the behaviour of other customers he is dealt with. Honestly, I didn’t want to pay either after how you treated me however the job was done so I paid. I timed you and it did not take you three hours - this was blatantly dishonest.

  We sat down with them and they helped us to organise our new bathroom products taking time to listen to our ideas. They are very helpful and polite and the work they did installing a new toilet was done on time, professionally and they cleaned up after themselves. Excellent work all round. Just waiting for the work to be done for our new bathroom.

  Nick from Kimbers Plumbing was amazing! Walked us through every step, spoke really well and didn't make me feel like an idiot when I asked questions. He was professional, quick and efficient and just a really nice dude. We will be requesting him by name from now on. Great Service!
