  We would highly recommend Blue Moon Property for managing your investment property. Sharna does a great job from sourcing the ideal tenants to handling inspections and coordinating any repairs etc to ensure your property is well looked after.
  Highly recommend Justen to sell your property. Justen presented our property beautifully on the sales sites and was very successful in obtaining a purchaser in very little time.
  The team kept all lines of communication open and are very professional to deal with. Our recommendations to anyone thinking of selling, purchasing or renting out their property.

As a recently relocated professional couple renting in Maryborough, we are more than happy to attest that Shani is a thoroughly professional and caring property manager. Whilst Blue Moon honors their fiduciary obligations to lessors, Shani also treats lessees with both professional and personal respect. As we have now made Maryborough our long-term home, our planned investment properties will be placed in the hands of Blue Moon for management. I'm a past real estate professional who is not easily impressed. My wife is a regionally-based State Director in the Queensland government who's opinion is reflective of mine.   After purchasing a property that had previously been tenanted, the team at Blue Moon Property made every effort to ensure that our new house was clean and presentable for us to move in, showing that they care for both the buyer and the seller. I would definitely use Blue Moon Property if I chose to rent out my house.
