    Great staff who look after the young to the elderly with the utmost professionalism, from broken bones to the terminally ill patients, you greeted with the dignity you deserve. I am very pleased with how they treated my elderly MUM today

    Staff were rude, argumentative and unhelpful. Very disorganised and inefficient.
    They wouldn’t listen to what we were saying and there was a lack of communication from their specialists to our doctor.
    They said they would call me back and failed to do so, it took over 2 weeks to get anything sorted out, the whole time I suffered much pain and discomfort.
